Adatto per associazioni sportive, partiti, fitness club, palestre, tennis club, golf club, Rotary o Lions club o altri, parrocchie e per qualunque club che ha la necessità di gestire i soci e/o gli iscritti ai corsi (allievi, atleti, ecc.) oltre che la propria gestione contabile.

MyClub permette:

– La gestione dell’elenco dei soci, degli allievi o atleti, con relative informazioni, compresa una foto digitale.

– Di utilizzare la lista per effettuare mailing, cartacei ed elettronici, da inviare a tutti i soci o, per esempio, ad un gruppo di atleti.

– Di creare raccolte di nominativi tramite le Collezioni in modo arbitrario o secondo precisi criteri di selezione.

– L’invio di SMS, anche circolari, che raggiungeranno puntualmente soci ed iscritti per notificar loro novità, eventi particolari o ricordare la scadenza della quota associativa o d’iscrizione.

– La stampa delle etichette per le tessere dei soci e degli iscritti, anche con un codice a barre, per una semplice identificazione elettronica.

– Di creare campi personalizzabili per poter adattare il programma alle esigenze della propria associazione.

– L’importazione di informazioni da un file già esistente, anche in formato Word o Excel.

– La possibilità di inserire la foto di un socio facendo il drag and drop del file dalla cartella Foto nel campo grande della foto

– La gestione delle quote associative, semplificando le operazioni di rinnovo per un mese/3mesi/sei mesi/ un anno.

– La gestione completa dei corsi con l’inserimento di orari, istruttori, strutture e quote d’iscrizione. Il programma controlla automaticamente che non vi siano sovrapposizioni di orari tra i vari corsi che si tengono in una determinata struttura; il tutto può essere rappresentato graficamente tramite un calendario settimanale.

– Di gestire l’iscrizione ai corsi ed il loro rinnovo automatico, anche con passaggio ad un corso superiore. Ogni allievo/atleta può iscriversi a più corsi e il programma conserva in memoria tutto lo storico delle sue iscrizioni.

– Di ottenere, tramite grafici, una situazione visiva delle iscrizioni, dei ritiri e della distribuzioni degli allievi/atleti per corso o per istruttore.

– Di stampare l’elenco degli allievi/atleti iscritti ad un corso, che riporta anche la situazione dei pagamenti delle quote d’iscrizione; è inoltre possibile stampare solo l’elenco degli allievi/atleti con situazioni a debito.

– Di tenere sotto controllo gli incassi e i mancati pagamenti delle quote d’iscrizione. La registrazione dell’incasso movimenta automaticamente la Prima nota di cassa e consente la stampa della ricevuta.

– Di registrare le presenze ai corsi tramite la lettura del codice a barre stampigliato sulla card personale. Una volta letto il codice a barre nell’apposita finestra, vengono visualizzate tutta una serie di informazioni riguardanti i corsi a cui la persona è iscritta in questo periodo, la situazione dei – pagamenti delle quote, se la sua assicurazione è scaduta, se la sua tessera è valida o scaduta.

– La gestione dei costi e dei ricavi che permette di avere sott’occhio i conti della associazione tramite stampe statistiche di vario genere e la stampa del registro e del bilancio.
